Which plan do I need?
Solo covers one person in one business. Crew covers up to 4 staff in one business. Group covers up to 5 staff in one business or two. Team covers up to 10 staff in one business or two.
Who counts as staff?
Anyone with their own login, in the office or out in the field. Your customers use the portal for free and don't count.
Does 25Manage email my customers by itself?
No. It writes the emails for you, but every one waits in your approvals list until an owner or admin has read it and pressed send. Only emails to your own staff skip that step.
What if I hit my monthly email limit?
You'll get a heads-up once you've used 80% of your plan's emails for the month. That count includes emails to your own staff. If you keep running into it, the next plan up has more.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No lock-in contract. Every plan is month to month. There's no setup fee either.
Can I bring my existing records across?
Yes. You can import customers, sites, suppliers, products, stock, jobs, quotes and invoices from CSV files. Your parts and materials come across as products, with their cost and sell prices. Labour rates and call-out fees go on a rate card, which you set up in the app. Rows go in as soon as you import them, so tidy the spreadsheet first.
What do my crew need on their phones?
A web browser is all they need, so there's nothing to install. Android phones can use our app instead. There's no iPhone app yet.
Does it work with Xero or take card payments?
Not yet. Both are coming soon. Until then you record payments in 25Manage yourself, and Reports can export your invoices and payments as a spreadsheet for your bookkeeper.
Which trades is it for?
Any service business that quotes work and sends someone out to do it: plumbers, electricians, air-con and fridge techs, cleaners, locksmiths, pest controllers, garage and door repairers, IT, CCTV and data installers, handymen, landscapers, solar installers and fire and security services, and plenty more.
Where's my data kept?
Your 25Manage database and files are stored in Sydney. Like most software, some services run through providers overseas, such as the one that delivers email.
